What the Service Involves

This is a regrowth-only treatment designed for clients with an existing full-head tint:

• Brief consultation to match your current colour and check for any scalp sensitivities
• Hair sectioned carefully for precise application to new growth (typically the first 1–2 inches at the scalp)
• Colour applied only to roots to avoid overlap onto previously tinted lengths, which prevents banding or over-darkening
• Processing time as needed, then rinsed—no blow-dry or styling included, so you're in and out quickly
• Results: even colour from scalp to ends, restored grey coverage, and a refreshed, consistent look

Roots services suit clients who already have a full-head tint and want to maintain their shade affordably:

• Ideal if you have noticeable regrowth or grey coming through and want quick, targeted coverage
• Perfect for busy schedules—this is a time-efficient maintenance visit, not a transformation appointment

• Not suitable for changing your overall colour or creating new dimensional effects—this service matches and maintains your existing shade

How Often & Aftercare

Most clients book root touch-ups every 4–6 weeks to keep regrowth bands small and colour looking consistent:

• High-contrast colours (e.g. blonde on dark natural hair) or significant grey may need more frequent visits, around every 3–5 weeks
• Wait 24–48 hours before washing after your appointment to let colour set fully
• Use sulfate-free, colour-protecting shampoo and conditioner and rinse with cool to lukewarm water to prolong vibrancy
• Minimise frequent shampooing and heat styling to extend the life of your colour
• Waiting too long between services can make the regrowth band wider, requiring more time and product to correct at your next visit
